Delivery
Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it and hand it over to the carrier. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when the carrier delivers your parcel, they will leave a note explaining where and how to collect your Pleasurevibes order. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and the carrier sent it back to us, we are unable to re-send your order.
Same day delivery (Batumi only)
We offer same-day delivery in Batumi only. When you place your order before 19:00, the order will be delivered between 19:00 and 21:00.
If you will place the order after 19:00 your order will be delivered the next day.
Shipping destination: Batumi, Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Kobuleti, Poti, Zugdidi and the rest of whole Georgia

If you live in a non-EU country + Norway and Sweden, please check your local import taxes and duties. PleasureVibes does not cover these import taxes and duties.
As from now we cannot cancel the order once it is delivered at our carrier service. Please note that you can always try and contact us trough our contact section, and maybe we can still cancell your order. We are working on it to make it easier to cancel your order.
Georgia – ₾8,00 shipping costs for orders up to ₾100.
Batumi – ₾12,00 shipping costs.
